Chicken with veggies

Zutaten

2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil

450 gr chicken breast fillet, without skin

100 gr broccoli

1 large zucchini

1 medium pepper

1 medium yellow onion

3-4 cloves of garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Cut the chicken in pieces. Make sure that the pieces are small enough to cook.

Cut the vegetables in small pieces: broccoli cut into small florets, zucchini in thin slices, pepper and onion in small cubes.

Crush the garlic gloves.

Heat up the oil on medium to high heat in a large non-stick pan.

Add the chicken and vegetables, garlic and herbs.
