Omelet with mushrooms and spinach

4 egg whites

70 gr mushrooms , sliced

100g baby spinach

Salt

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Dried basil

Some milk 1.5%

Beat the eggs very well in a bowl with a little bit of 1.5% milk, spices, herbs and salt.
