Banoffee

Ingredients

200 g yoghurt

2.5 g (1 stick) INSTICK Sugar free drink, caramel flavor

30 g cereals

1 teaspoon melted butter

20 g HEALTHYCO PROTEINELLA SALTED CARAMEL SPREAD

1 small banana

A few drops of lemon juice

Lemon zest

Bitter cocoa

Execution Method

Grind the cereals in the food processor. Pour the melted butter, add some lemon zest and mix well to get a smooth mixture.

Add the cereals in a bowl and push gently the mixture to form the base. Place in the fridge to cool and set for 10’-15’.

In another bowl, mix the yoghurt with the INSTICK sugar-free caramel drink.

Slice thinly the banana and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice to avoid discoloring.

Prepare the banoffee in the bowl with the cereal base: add alternately a layer of banana, a layer of the protein spread HEALTHYCO PROTEINELLA SALTED CARAMEL SPREAD and yoghurt, until you have used all the ingredients.

Dredge with some bitter cocoa powder and enjoy.
