Greek rice pudding

Zutaten

200 mL almond milk

210 mL water

70 gr basmati rice

1 cinnamon stick

Calorie-free drink Instick Vanilla

Ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon agar-agar or Konjac powder or corn flour (optional)

Boil over medium heat the rice with the water and the cinnamon stick.

As soon as the rice absorbs the water, add the almond milk and the Rice Pudding MIX.

Place over low heat and bring to boil for a while, until there is no excess fluid. If we want it more solid, we can add agar-agar or Konjac powder or corn flour, after dissolving it in 2 tablespoons water or almond milk.

Remove the cinnamon stick and serve in a bowl. Add ground cinnamon. Enjoy it warm or cold, after leaving it in the freezer, covered with film.
