Bread with Avocado and Egg

Ingredients

2 slices of whole meal bread or wheat bread

80 g avocado, peeled

2 eggs

1 teaspoon olive oil or coconut oil

Some salt and pepper

Slice the avocado and place it on the slices of bread or just melt it and spread it on the bread. In a nonstick frying pan, add the olive oil, make sure the oil is hot before you pour in the eggs, and cook from one side while reducing the heat to medium. if you like, you can turn it upside down and then add some salt and pepper.

When cooked to your liking remove from heat and wait for a while to cool down, then place one fried egg on each slice of bread.
