Grilled Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Arabic Pita Bread with Mustard and Vegetables

Ingredients

500 g tenderloin cut in cubes

4 large Arabic whole grain pita breads

3 tablespoonsolive oil

2 tablespoonslemon juice

1 tablespoonmustard

1 teaspoonsweet paprika

1 tablespoonsoy sauce

4 skewer sticks

12cherry tomatoes

1 medium onion

1 carrotgrated

1 teaspoondrycrushed oregano

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Salt

Pepper

50g mustard or 4ALL NUTRITION MAYONNAISE SAUCE

or 4ALL NUTRITION TOMATO BASIL SAUCE

Execution Method

In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon olive oil with the lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard, sweet paprika and soy sauce

Add the tenderloin in the same bowl and mix well to coat completely with the marinade
