Rice with Vegetables

Ingredients

100 g glutinous rice

1/2 onion

1 clove of garlic

1 small carrot

50 g sweetcorn

50 g peas

100 g mushrooms

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper

Execution Method

Start by cooking the rice 2-3 minutes less than the package directions, strain it and set it aside to cool.

Then heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan and add the chopped onion and the clove of garlic.

Add the carrot, peeled and grated, sweetcorn and peas, and the mushrooms, chopped.

Finally, add some salt and pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes and then add the rice, stirring constantly to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Now you can place all the ingredients in a bowl and press with a fork, then turn it over on a plate.
