1 + ½ cup frozen raspberries

2 / 3 cup skim milk

1 + ½ cup frozen pieces of mango

2 / 3 cup Orange juice

Combine the raspberries, milk and 1/2 cup ice in the blender until the ingredients are soft.

Combine mango, orange juice and 1/2 cup ice in the blender until the ingredients are soft.

In two glasses, divide the mixture with the raspberries and on top distribute the mixture with the mango.
