Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

2 egg whites

1/4 cup almond or coconut milk

1/4 cup oat flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 scoop YAMAMOTO MUSCLE WHEY COMPLEX VANILLA

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 sticks INSTICK, vanilla flavor

Fruits

Lightly beat the eggs with a whisk and add the almond or coconut milk.

In another bowl, add the flour, salt, protein, INSTICK vanilla and baking powder.

Mix well all the ingredients.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour with a deep spoon.

Cook until the pancakes get a golden color, and they are ready.

Repeat the same procedure with all the mixture.
